The SA-Venues.com Guests' Choice Awards presented aha Harbour Bridge Hotel & Suites with the accolade for Best City Hotel in Cape Town. It also received the 2018 Global Experience Award for achieving a guest satisfaction rating above 80%.
All winners were chosen by guests based on set criteria, including feedback received, a number of positive reviews, surveys conducted among past guests and repeat bookings made.
