On 23 January 2017, The Boma Dinner & Drum Show relaunched with a focus on the refreshment and modernisation of its food and entertainment.
According to the new chef, Brighton Nekatambe, who has been appointed to head The Boma kitchen, it’s all about storytelling – about the food and culture of Zimbabwe. Nekatambe dishes on what’s new on The Boma menu.
The Boma offers delicious meals made up of starters, soup from the campfire, a braai buffet, featuring Zimbabwean delicacies such as mopane worms, warthog steak, and Zambezi bream, as well as vegetarian dishes, and desserts.
