Media Producer / Digital Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking media producer to join our delivery team at the factory. The factory is a digital production house based in Cape Town, South Africa but servicing clients in the US and EU markets. We produce digital display assets at scale, specialising in creative roll-out and execution. Our clients include retail giants such as Migros in Switzerland and we consist of a multi-national, multi-lingual and multi-disciplinary team.

The role
As a critical member of the team providing strong attention to detail and a real passion for delivery, a media producer at the factory works on large and immersive display campaigns for the European market.
Responsibilities
- Create storyboards, videos, HTML banners, statics,
- Implement and build new production processes to optimise production efficiency
- Improve the UX and UI of the factory's internal software
- Identify problems, evaluate options and recommend solutions.
- Train and onboard new media producers.
- Three-plus years of hands-on digital production experience.
- Strong desire to produce smart innovative assets.
- Profound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video creation and editing, typography and layout, HTML5 coding.
- Technical, logical thought process.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
- An ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Passion for new technologies.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be solutions-oriented, deadline-oriented and an excellent communicator.
- Anticipate obstacles and overcome them with the team in a proactive manner.
