We're looking for an Art Director that has honed his/her skills during the years, whilst working through egotistical torture.
You need to come standard with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. If you're dope at illustrations and animation knowledge...even better. (That would make you a prized piece).
You need to be a rebel, everything you've ever absorbed in your previous lifetime, light it up, set it on fire...and urinate all over it.
If you're a 'defecating hot' designer, who can take concepts and make 'em come alive in layout, we dare you to apply.

The role blends hands-on art direction with strategic thinking, ensuring that concepts are not only visually compelling but also aligned with brand objectives, campaign strategies, and platform best practices.
Key responsibilities Creative direction and execution- Interpret and respond to creative briefs with strategic, design-led solutions.
- Oversee the visual direction of campaigns from concept through to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet Guerilla’s standards for quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
Collaboration and workflow management- Partner with traffic, production, and account management to ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Manage external creative resources (freelancers, illustrators, photographers) as required.
- Contribute to new business pitches with visual concepts and creative proposals.
Innovation and trends- Stay up to date on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Introduce new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance the team’s creative capabilities.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in design craft and creative thinking.
Requirements- Minimum three–five years in a design or art direction role, preferably within a marketing agency or integrated creative environment.
- Core competency of design
- Generates fresh thinking and new ideas. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and client expectations.
- Measurable improvement in creative performance across campaigns.
Experience:- Experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong skills in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in social media design is a must.
- Experience in digital and experiential advertising is advantageous.
- Illustration skills is an advantage.
