      Freelance Sales Workshop Facilitator

      We’re looking for a confident, engaging Freelance Sales Workshop Facilitator to deliver virtual training sessions using our pre-built sales methodology and workshop materials.

      The content is focused on value-based selling, value-led outreach, and strategic storytelling. Your job is to confidently present and guide discussions, not create or develop material.

      This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitation and helping others grow, but doesn’t want the pressure of building slides or developing new sales frameworks.

      Who this is for:

      • A former sales rep, recruiter, SDR/BDR, coach, or soft-skills trainer

      • Someone with excellent presentation and communication skills

      • A professional looking for part-time, flexible work

      • Bonus if you’ve done any sales coaching, group facilitation, or onboarding

      Key responsibilities:

      • Deliver 60-minute remote workshops using our existing slides, cheat sheets, and frameworks

      • Facilitate roleplays and group discussion using a light coaching approach

      • Reinforce key concepts like:

        • Trust-building and value-led discovery

        • Podcast-style outreach and positioning

        • The Buyer’s Pyramid and modern sales psychology

      • Represent our brand with warmth, clarity, and confidence

      • Be available on-demand for 2–6 sessions per month

      Requirements:

      • 2–5 years’ experience in sales, training, recruitment, or facilitation

      • Clear spoken English and a confident, professional presence on Zoom/Google Meet

      • Able to follow structured content with minimal prep

      • Familiar with tools like:

        • Google slides

        • Zoom or Google meet

        • Basic ChatGPT usage (we’ll show you)

      • South Africa-based

      • Female candidates preferred (to align with team balance and client tone)

      Nice-to-haves:

      • Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling

      • Familiarity with podcasting, discovery calls, or storytelling-based outreach

      • Basic understanding of sales psychology or lead generation
