Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Developer

Your ability to understand complex business processes, manipulate data from multiple sources, and present insights effectively will contribute directly to business success in a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting systems through the full development stack.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to establish a trusted, unified data model (single source of truth).
- Perform relational and dimensional data modelling to support analytical workloads.
- Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights that drive business improvement.
- Mentor and support junior team members in BI development and best practices.
Qualifications and experience:
- A relevant degree in information systems, Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong database querying ability.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, and Power BI.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Talend, or Qlik.
- Experience working in the financial or asset management sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering BI projects from conception to deployment.
