Senior Designer

Fresh Advertising & Marketing, a strategically-driven creative agency, is looking for a full-time Senior Designer to join our team.

The Role:
We’re looking for someone who can think, craft, and execute.

You’ll be working across a mix of brands and briefs, from conceptual campaigns to high-volume rollout  and owning work from idea through to final delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing strong conceptual and design solutions across briefs
• Delivering high-quality work consistently and efficiently
• Taking ownership of projects from concept to final output
• Collaborating with the Creative Leads and team when needed
• Managing multiple briefs without dropping the ball

What You Bring:

• 5+ years experience in an advertising/marketing environment
• Strong portfolio (branding and design craft should be obvious)
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus: After Effects / Premiere
• Strong conceptual thinking (non-negotiable)
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure

Where: Sunningdale, Cape Town (in-office)
08:30 – 17:00, weekdays
Occasional overtime when deadlines demand it

The Compensation:
Market-related, based on experience
