We manage the online presence, brand storytelling, and communications and campaigns for multiple brands, developing strategies and content that reach B2B audiences across the world.

    Overview of Position

CTG Creative drives the digital presence of several Chelsea Group companies, each with its own audience, voice and strategic goals. Over the past year we’ve built strong momentum on LinkedIn and we’re looking for a digital specialist who can help us take the next step.

You’re that rare mix of creative and analytical. You can spot a trend before it fully lands, translate it for a B2B audience and measure whether it’s actually doing anything useful. You want a role where you can grow quickly, stretch your skills and help shape digital strategy across several impact-driven brands, while enjoying the support of a committed team. You’ll bring curiosity and creative drive, working closely with the Copywriter, Designer and wider team to craft a distinctive, un-ignorable digital presence for each brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • In close collaboration with the Head of Content, build and maintain content calendars that support each brand’s priorities and broader group initiatives.

Social Media Content and Community Management
    • Support content strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, producing a steady stream of high-quality posts, newsletters and blog promotions.
    • Partner with the Head of Content, Copywriter and Designer to develop ideas, refine messaging and guide visual direction.
    • Manage communities with a consistent, thoughtful voice (tailored to each brand), nurturing engagement and protecting brand reputation.
    • Aligned with the content strategy, proactively engage with communities and key profiles on LinkedIn to position brands as present, engaged and participating in global industry conversations.
    • Research social media and digital best practices, digital trends, emerging formats and platform shifts to constantly augment digital expertise.
    • Proactively share insights, ideas and recommendations to guide the team’s efforts in the most impactful direction.

    Client and Stakeholder Liaison
    • Meet regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure social media content aligns with evolving needs and key initiatives.
    • Adjust content pipelines to support urgent business requests, working closely with the team to deliver on tight deadlines.

    Paid Media Management
    • Work with external specialists to deliver effective paid campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs.
    • Support the creation and optimisation of ad creative in close collaboration with Head of Design and Designer.

    Analytics and Reporting
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with support from the Junior Account Manager.
    • Track analytics across platforms and websites, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
    • Regularly feed back into the broader team on successes, suggested adjustments, trends and insights to ensure best practice across communications.
    • Collaborate with Director of Communications, Head of Content, Copywriter and team to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Proactively look for ways to make the analytics and reporting processes smoother and more efficient.

    Website and Digital Updates
    • Manage monthly updates across brand websites so that campaigns, events and new content remain current.

    Position Requirements

    Core Competencies and Skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, journalism or a related field.
