Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in an award winning marketing agency. Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual content across digital and print media, including brochures, websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or senior team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking on new projects and responsibilities as your skills grow.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines, managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

Minimum requirements

• A strong passion for design with a solid portfolio demonstrating your creativity
• 3 year graphic design tertiary qualification
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A keen attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and feedback accurately.
• Willingness to learn new design techniques and software tools.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
