Digital Account Manager

We don’t just tick boxes — we shift culture. We’re looking for a client-obsessed, organised, and accountable Account Manager to join our team and help us raise the bar even higher.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day communication with key clients
• Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks for creative and production teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project scope
• Lead internal status meetings and ensure team alignment
• Prepare WIPs, post-mortems, and performance reports
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
• Hold yourself and others accountable to deadlines and standards
• Act as quality control before any work goes out

What we’re looking for

• Three-plus years in an account management role at an agency
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead client relationships
• Professional, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Highly organised with extreme attention to detail
• You’re not scared to challenge creatives and push back on clients when needed
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• You take ownership. You don't blame. You deliver.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to ATL, TTL, or BTL campaigns
• Experience working with lifestyle, FMCG or digital-first brands
• Bonus: You’ve worked in a black-owned or high-growth boutique agency environment
