You’re out there opening doors, creating opportunity, and turning conversations into commercial wins. The is a true Business Developer Rep role, high mobility, high ownership and high impact. 


What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow motor dealer partnerships across Gauteng (with national travel as required).

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new business while expanding existing accounts.

• Build trusted relationships with dealer decision-makers and influencers.

• Identify commercial opportunities and tailor insurance solutions that deliver value.

• Own your pipeline end-to-end leads, conversions, growth, and retention.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner performance.

• Stay ahead of risks, competitors, and market shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Development Rep or Sales Rep (non-negotiable).

• Demonstrated ability to open doors and close deals.

• Strong commercial instinct and confident, face-to-face selling ability.

• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in the field.

• A relationship builder who plays the long game and delivers results.

What You’ll Need

• Own, reliable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel extensively (Gauteng primarily, with national travel when required).

• Strong territory and pipeline management discipline.

• Hunger to perform and chase down targets
