Quality Assurance Technician (Tester)

Your Mission

As a QA technician, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions that delight users and support our global insurance partners. We're looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a hunger to learn. What you’ll be doing

• Designing and implementing test strategies and frameworks.
• Executing manual and exploratory testing across multiple platforms and devices.
• Creating, managing, and maintaining test cases and test results.
• Performing regression and system audits to identify bugs and inconsistencies.
• Improving release quality by integrating QA into every step of the SDLC.
• Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and communicates effectively in a team environment. You should be enthusiastic about learning new tools and frameworks while contributing to a shared goal of software excellence.

Essential skills and attributes:

• Practical experience writing and executing tests using modern testing libraries.
• Familiarity with programming frameworks and SDLC.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for shaping the future of QA in an evolving tech landscape. Bonus Points For:
• Three-pus years’ relevant experience in software testing.
• Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) or degree in a technical field.
• Experience with test automation.
• Familiarity or interest in AI-powered testing tools and quality engineering trends.
• Contactable references.
