Job description
Develop and maintain good trusted relationships with marketing managers and agencies to nurture existing clients for repeat business using our established successful systems and procedures.Effective and diligent execution of tasks to ensure objectives are achieved for all stakeholders and to fund our media owner client offerings to their target audiences.
Promote, market and sell a variety of platforms and channels to relevant, engaged prospects already in our database.
Research new prospects, track market trends, analyse competitor activity, prepare sales reports and industry insight information.
This is a professional role working mainly in the B2B space.
Conduct meetings and present the opportunities to clearly defined and identified business targets.
Requirements
Successful incumbents- have strong written and verbal communication abilities
- have a high level of attention to detail
- are computer literate
- understand business needs and focus requirements
- enjoy an easy, structured work schedule
- have enviable negotiation skills
- are emotionally intelligent and astute with good understanding of personalities and human psychology
- are effective at co-ordination tasks
- pride themselves on zero-defect execution of systems and procedures
- are diligent, conscientious, methodical and tenacious and able to demonstrate examples of this
- are highly organised, reliable and entirely dependable
- are enthused by the media and marketing industry
