Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service from first contact to delivery and beyond.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist customers with financing and trade-in options.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Stay informed on the latest product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Proven track record in automotive sales (minimum 5 years).
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident.
- Valid Driver’s License is a must.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance products.
