Responsibilities:
- Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy to implementation.
- Support project execution using innovative software and technology solutions.
- Analyse inefficiencies and recommend improvements in service delivery, technology usage, and governance.
- Conduct research to identify root causes of business challenges.
- Manage project controls, including risk assessment, budgeting, and status tracking.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
- Develop data models, reports, and presentations to drive decision-making.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors, honours, or master's degree in: Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Information).
- Certifications in AI, Data, or Cloud Technologies (Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS Data Specialty, Microsoft Fabric Engineer, etc.) are advantageous.
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or Spark-based languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
