Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end document processing and fulfilment within SLA deadlines
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage production-related queries and support requests
- Configure and optimize processing tools based on client requirements
- Monitor automated document workflows and resolve processing issues
- Review job specifications and operational requirements
- Support new implementations and system enhancements
- Log, track, and resolve level 1 support cases
- Escalate critical issues in line with internal processes
- Diploma or degree in computer science, ubsiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a production, data processing, or project-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with document processing or financial services environments
- Knowledge of XML data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Exposure to MS SQL Server or MS Access
- Familiarity with client-server environments
- Experience with photo editing tools
