In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and mentor a skilled team of developers, architect scalable backend solutions, and help shape the technical strategy of one of the country’s most trusted financial brands.
This is a hands-on leadership position—you’ll be deep in the code while also setting direction, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performance software. Working with modern .NET technologies, you’ll build systems that deliver measurable value to clients, advisors, and the broader business.

Your Tech Stack
- C# / .NET Core
- Angular 9+, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery
- PHP (for legacy and integration layers)
- Web API & Microservices Architecture

What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven success leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong architectural design and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for building secure, scalable, and efficient solutions in dynamic environments
