Production Support Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, leads with clarity, and takes ownership of operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a team of support analysts, providing guidance and fostering growth
- Establish and enforce structured incident, problem, and change management processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for production issues and service disruptions
- Proactively monitor system performance and implement alerting and monitoring strategies
- Coordinate rapid response to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact
- Serve as the communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders during incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventative actions
- Continuously improve support processes, tools, and operational workflows
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- ITIL certification or relevant service management training
- Proven experience in a production support / IT operations leadership role
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital platforms and enterprise application environments
- Back-office systems and integrations/ API specific experience required
- Incident, change, and problem management frameworks
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)
