• Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Consistently work to enhance internal financial processes and drive profitability.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure all work aligns with accuracy, formatting, and deadline standards.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and performance.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of practical accounting/finance experience, preferably within the eventing industry.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (preferably Sage) and MS Excel.
• Proven experience handling financial reporting and analysis.
• Able to write professional reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Highly organised and capable of meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy.
