Coordinator - Marketing and Communications

• Diploma / NQF level 6 in marketing or design studies
• Up to three years of relevant experience in years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications

• Responsible and compiling a gift catalog that is aligned with the CI guides
• Manage stock levels, quality assurance, reordering and distribution of promotional items, brochures, and other marketing collateral
• Develop and implement templates to ensure a consistent brand image across all communication touchpoints
• Assist with the briefing, proofing, production, and implementation of CI signage for the firm’s buildings & premises, stationery items and business cards, banners, and merchandising
• Liaise with the agency (when work is outsourced) regarding production timelines and reverts, ensuring that production and
• publication deadlines are monitored and met
• Ensure that profile photographs are taken and work with the relevant people to schedule shoots, maintain the database, and ensure
• brand compliance and consistency of all photographs
