- Disassemble and reassemble desktop PC and laptop
- Setup new PC systems and install software on new PC and laptops
- Setup internet access to all users
- Troubleshoot and solve all IT related problems
- Provide remote support to all division stakeholders
- Provide basic IT related training to internal users

- Manage user accounts
- 1-2 years' working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and DOS operating systems
- Ethernet and WIFI networking
- MS Office Outlook 365

- Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage
