Job description
Telesales in a dynamic print environment incorporating commercial print, labels, office consumables, promotional items. Role will be 80% existing business and 20% new business.Requirements
- A matric qualification, and preferably subsequent sales or customer service training;
- At least two years’ experience in tele-sales with a proven successful track record;
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel, and a high level of numeracy;
- An energetic and persistent tele-sales approach with the ability to identify and secure new business;
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop strategic customer relationships;
- A methodical, analytical approach, with fanatical attention to detail.
