Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The finance manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and ensuring sound financial management practices. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of financial principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial transactions, and financial performance. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop financial plans and strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Manage financial audits and other financial projects.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management. 
• Monitor financial trends and make sure to make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in financial management.

Requirements:

• A diploma in finance or accounting. 
• Proven experience as a financial manager or similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
