Digital Content Creator

Role overview:

The Digital Content Creator produces engaging multimedia content - graphics, videos, and written copy - to drive brand visibility of the TBWA\SA collective and engagement across social media and web platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop photo/video content, and CI graphics, animations, infographics if needed. (CI to be shared).
• Write on-brand copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Work with marketing team to plan social media schedule.
• Post content across all social channels: Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to generate creative content ideas.
• Monitor content performance and report insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with business goals.
• Brief in creative to the inhouse designated agency, if and when, needed.
• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives, if and when required.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, Capcut).
• Creative, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong visual communication, written comms also important.
• Interest in social media trends and digital storytelling.

Suggested KPIs:

• Number of content pieces created per week – minimum 8 (2 per week).
• Timely delivery of content for campaigns / thought leadership videos.
• Accuracy and brand consistency of posted content.
