Scout appointed PR agency for Plascon, Decorex

Integrated communications agency Scout PR and Social Media has announced that they have been appointed to manage PR for local coatings company, Plascon, as well as home décor and interior design events company, Decorex Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
