CEO comments on Jacques Pauw's book launch malfunction
The CEO of Exclusive Books, Benjamin Trisk, has issued a statement regarding the cancellation of Jacques Pauw's The President's Keepers book launch.
Trisk mentioned that there is an investigation underway to determine the circumstances of the power failure at the book launch.
The CEO further stated that the behavior of the customers during the power outage was exemplary and commended the staff for their conduct and comportment of a large audience in a confined space.
