Specialist advertising and marketing solutions company PenQuin International has announced three new appointments. Lesley Michael has been appointed senior project manager on the Suzuki Auto Account. Sandra Klopper, having been with the company since 2007, has been promoted from senior project manager to media manager and Wendy Mitrovich has been promoted to the position of business unit director.
