Leila Reekie joins Guillotine
Leila Reekie, one of Johannesburg's most sought-after young editors, has joined Guillotine Post after her successful spell at Famous.
In her time there she has developed a reputation for being talented, reliable, and versatile. She has cut commercials for Brett Wild, Slim, Miles Goodall, Jeana Theron, Jason Fialkov, Dean Blumberg and Marc Sidelsky. Having started her career assisting on feature films, (No. 10, Prey, Primeval) Guillotine was an obvious choice for Leila with her interest in long and short form disciplines. She is available for all kinds of projects from 1 May, and is one of a few editors completely fluent on both Avid and Final Cut Pro, depending on the needs of the project.
