Hofmeyr invited to speak in America again

Dr Jannie Hofmeyr, director of the Customer Equity Company, will be a keynote speaker at the American Marketing Association conference on branding, to be held in Chicago. It is the third year in a row that he will address the Association. This year's paper is entitled How to convert people from one brand to another.
