Topco Models is looking for an experienced Junior Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer with Photography Experience

• This position is available at a well-established model agency in Cape Town.
• Looking for A vibrant and energetic person with great graphic design and digital marketing experience.
• Photography experience required.

DUTIES:

• Design and creation of Model Z Cards.
• Design and creation of Model Test Shoot Moodboards.
• Marketing and Advertising promotional material for social media, email marketing, web-based content, blogging, and more.
• Creation, design and editing of engaging, trendy content for all company marketing campaigns.
• Ensure to provide feedback with tracking and measuring of campaign results.
• Formulating and designing marketing emails (Sent out via Mailchimp)
• Assist, create, and design content for the company website.
• When required create, design and complete company corporate gifting.
• Bringing the brief and concept to life on projects and tasks based on the company needs and vision.
• Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
• Preparing mockups and presenting options of designs to the heads of the booking table and director before deciding on a final design/concept.
• Editing proofs to company specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalizing artworks or designs.
• Working and collaborating with the imaging department.
• Adhering to the company brand identity and guidelines.
• Communicating with internal team about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Making sure artwork/designs are correct (with accurate information) and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to production facilities.
• Working on multiple projects and the same time.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
• Managing social media accounts (commercial, kids and models) when required.
• Photography / video of all models (polaroids, introduction / movement videos and any possible casting tapes needed)
• Editing the polaroids + videos of the models.
