We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Developer to join our team, contributing to the ongoing development of our CRM platform and client-facing portals used by advisers nationwide. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will play a key role in both internal systems and customer-facing solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components of the CRM platform and client-facing portals in collaboration with external software partners
• Contribute to the development of Android and iOS client applications
• Drive improvements in the current architecture and support future system design
• Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the development lifecycle
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code with a focus on performance optimization
• Contribute to DEVOPS efforts and industrialization of solutions
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Testers, and external development teams
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external platform users
• Follow best coding practices while contributing to continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience in software development within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in CRM and client portal solutions
• Experience with Android and iOS development
• Strong C# and PHP development skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

The reference number for this position is PM60757 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Cape Town offering a cost to company of up to R400k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
