What You’ll Do:

• Review photos, quotes, and repair docs like a detective on deadline.

• Assess mechanical and electrical damage — and separate fact from fiction.

• Apply policy limits, ensure fairness, and write clean, accurate reports.

• Keep things moving fast, accurate, and always customer-right.

What You’ll Need:

• Matric (Grade 12).

• Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.

• Confident with IT tools (Audatex preferred) and MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

• A sharp eye, logical mind, and a passion for all things motor.
