The position:

Account executive (Full Time)

Drive and deliver strategic creative campaigns by providing direction and inspiration, not only to the agency teams, but also to your client.  Ensure that all projects are not only delivered within budget and within an agreed timeline, but also deliver on campaign objectives, resulting in growth and reputation of the brand, as well as of the agency.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant tertiary degree, i.e. Marketing Communications, Brand Management or related.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the advertising industry in Account Management. You need to be an advertising industry/agency expert.
• Experience working with FMCG clients is advantageous.
• Expertise in dealing with packaging, digital & TTL marketing is advantageous.
• Attention to detail is a must for this role.
• Strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.
• Builds strong and productive client relationships by having a good understanding of their business. Has strong and productive working relationships within the agency, and with sister agencies and with suppliers.
• Ability to draw on the full spectrum of agency resources.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Instrumental in delivering the highest standard of work within allocated budget and timeline.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations both internally and externally.
