We’re looking for a talented Middleweight Designer who is ready to take ownership of their work and grow their creative confidence. You’re someone who cares deeply about the details, enjoys solving problems through design and is eager to push beyond the obvious to deliver strong, well-crafted solutions. You work well both independently and as part of a team and you’re excited to contribute to a positive studio culture.

What will you do:

• Develop and deliver design work across branding, campaigns and communications
• Translate creative direction into clear, effective visual execution
• Work both independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
• Present your work internally with growing confidence
• Contribute to overall team output and studio performance
• Continuously build your skills across design, concept and craft

What will you need:

• Solid experience as a middleweight designer within a creative or brand agency
• Strong design craft with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to take ownership and deliver work reliably
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving ability
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Confidence in interpreting and executing creative direction
• A passion for continuous learning and improving your craft
