Job description
Requirements:- A Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) in Human Resources, or a Diploma in Human Resources, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Graduate Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered, provided they bring relevant expertise
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday (ATS) and other databases.
- Organise recruitment documentation, including offer letters and onboarding packs.
- Process graduate recruitment invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute graduate recruitment events (career fairs, networking sessions, open days).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, including managing diaries and sending invitations on behalf of the TA Manager/Consultant.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies, providing vacancy briefs and managing feedback throughout the process.
- Take full ownership of the background screening process, including: Obtaining candidate documentation, Logging checks on LexisNexis, Arranging fingerprint bookings where applicable, Conducting reference checks.
- Compile and share final reports with the TA Manager/Consultant for review and sign-off.
- Draft letters of appointment, fixed-term contracts, and addendums in line with company policies.
- Send new joiner packs, including all required onboarding documents, to HR Operations following offer acceptance.
