We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The financial manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and ensuring sound financial management practices. the ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of financial principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop implement financial strategies to achieve company goals.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial transactions, and financial performance 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting statements
• Collaborate with other departments to develop financial plans and strategies
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and financial statement
• Manage financial audits and other financial projects
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management 
• Monitor financial trends and make sure recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in financial management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree finance, accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a financial manager or similar role 
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
