Morris served as vice chairperson of the ACA Board for a number of years. In terms of the Association's Articles of Association, the board of directors including the vice chairpersons and chairperson are elected annually at the annual general meeting. Morris will therefore serve as chairperson of the board until the next AGM which is scheduled to take place at the end of 2012.
