Comutanet introduces 10th media option for advertisers

ComutaNet has extended its array of innovative and successful commuter media with a tenth media platform, Brandstands.

Brandstands are strategically placed within and around busy taxi ranks, shopping centres, and close to informal retail distribution points. Nationally, Brandstands target economically active commuters within LSM's 4-6 with towering visual ads that can be combined with interactive promotions, distribution and education exercises.

Effectively breaking through advertising clutter and positioned in areas where billboards cannot be installed, the incomparable 6 metre tall, 2.6 metre wide four-dimensional Brandstands, guarantee to provide advertisers combinations of outstanding multiple branding and creative opportunities.

Brandstands are landmarks in 12 commuter dense areas and communicate with consumers in an uncluttered manner. Each Bandstand offers promotional sampling from integrated kiosks at the base of the platform, available six days of the week during selected promotional weeks.

These new offerings from ComutaNet are highly versatile and can be used by all advertisers wanting to penetrate and entrench themselves amongst commuters in a distinctive manner.

"ComutaNet are the leaders in commuter media and Brandstands, our latest offering, strengthens our position," says Pieter Groenewald, Managing Director. "Since the launch we have sold all twelve sites and are getting many requests for rates and potential opportunities from marketers and advertisers. All advertisers want media platforms that display in your face advertising that cannot be missed, and is welcomed by commuters. We anticipate outstanding results."

Brandstand's existing sites are: Dundee, Richards Bay, Newcastle, Denneboom, Estcourt, Nelspruit, Hazyview, Botshabelo, Setsing, Mdantsane, Polokwane and Rustenburg.
