Job Summary:
You'll team up with our marketing crew and Social Media Manager to create content that truly connects! From crafting posts that resonate to keeping an eye on what’s trending, you'll be right in the mix, engaging with our community, managing conversations, and driving the vibe across all our social platforms. If you're all about staying ahead of digital trends and making an impact, this is your scene!

Key responsibilities: 

• Content creation:

-       Work alongside the Head of Digital to ideate concepts for short and long form content across our channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)

(A minimum of 3 gear-related videos and 1 printing & framing video per month is required)

-       Manage pre-production for content shoots, site recces and gear requirements as well as editing of content where required

-       Write engaging content captions where required for both short/long form and our social channels

-       Coordination of creative assets, final price checks and copy to ensure campaigns launch on time

-       Assisting on shoots

-       Shooting short form reels independently across our brands as required

·        Social Media Management:

 -       Schedule and post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter (X) in line with brand campaigns

-       Ensuring a consistent organic posting schedule across our platforms, most notably our UGC led campaigns and Facebook feed


 ·        Campaign Support:

 -       Assist with the execution of social media brand campaigns, competitions, and collaborations in line with key deliverables

-       Communication with winners and transfers of prizes

-       Spear heading our lead gen campaigns ensuring a monthly schedule of prizes

·        Trend Analysis: 

-       Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices

-       Prepare monthly trend analysis reports for the Head of Digital including inspiration for upcoming campaigns


·        Collaborative Work:

 -       Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals

Our Ideal Candidate Has: 

-       At least 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation

-       A strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

-       Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for crafting captivating captions

-       Basic video editing and graphic design skills

-       An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

-       Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized with a proactive attitude

Advantageous: 

-       Experience with influencer partnerships or brand collaborations is a plus

-       A passion for photography

-       Retail experience

-       Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

-       Experience with Da Vinci Resolve

-       Experience with scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social

-       Photographic knowledge

-       Retail experience on a social level

-       08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

-       This position is based at Roeland Square, Gardens (Non-remote)
