Job description
Financial Manager – Office AutomationLocation: South Africa
A well-established office automation company is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function and manage a finance team. The role requires strong SARS compliance, VAT processing, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function (debtors, creditors, general ledger)
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure full SARS compliance (VAT, PAYE, UIF)
- Handle VAT calculations, reconciliations, and submissions
- Manage and lead the finance team
- Enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Meet all statutory and internal reporting deadlines
- Liaise with auditors, accountants, and SARS
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing a finance team
- Strong knowledge of South African tax legislation
- Hands-on VAT processing experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Salary: Market-related, based on experience
